General Service Agreement
THIS GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") as dated below, between the undersigned organization

Carney Communications DBA Velocity NP (the "Service Provider") PO Box 485, Townsend, MA 01469.
The Customer is of the opinion that the Service Provider has the necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to provide services to the Customer.
The Service Provider agrees to provide such services to the Customer on the terms and conditions set out in this General Service Agreement (GSA).
IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, the Customer and the Service Provider (individually the "Party" and collectively the "Parties" to this Agreement) agree as follows:
The Customer hereby agrees to engage the Service Provider to provide the Customer with services (the "Services") consisting of those individually purchased though the Velocity NP website.
Term of Agreement
The term of this Agreement (the "Term") will begin on the date the Customer purchased a subscription through the Velocity NP website, and will remain in full force and effect for the full duration of the subscription length purchased.
The Customer may cancel their purchase anytime within the first 5 days Business days following purchase. No refunds will be given following the first 5-days of any purchase including a renewal. Refunds will not be given for services rendered after that time including for any calls missed or cancelled within 24-hours of the scheduled call.
Customers may upgrade to a higher-level subscription at any time. The Customer will be responsible for paying the full amount of the new subscription level up front, and must contact their service representative, or email email@example.com, to request a pro-rated refund if any is due, at the time the higher level of service is purchased.
The parties agree that the relationship of the Customer to the Service Provider is that of an independent contrator and service provider, and acknowledge that it is not the intent of the parties to create a relation of employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture.
The parties agree that all matters discussed during consultations are fully confidential, and may not be discussed with third parties unless legally required to do so or unless agreed to in writing by both parties.
The Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider and its officers, directors, agents and employees from all claims, losses or damages, and any associated costs, which relate to or arise directly or indirectly out of any acts or omissions of the Service Provider in connection with providing the Services under this Agreement.
Terms of this agreement are subject to change. Subscribers will be notified of changes when they occur.
